His experience has been in a variety of multidisciplinary businesses from real estate to aviation and industrial equipment. In conjunction with his sales and marketing teams in both the US and Mexico, Francisco has successfully brokered deals with his network of high-net-worth clients.
Real estate development is an area where Francisco has vast experience ranging from design and construction to marketing with an emphasis on the luxury condo market both regionally and internationally. He has worked on over 20 projects from pre-sales to completed projects on tasks that include organizing sales teams, developing targeted market analyses, and price matrixes.
Francisco’s 10 years in resales started as a developer with Terrasse Properties where he managed and monitored the company’s design and construction process for high-end residences. His attention to detail allowed the streamlining of all related elements and drastically reduced overall construction costs. With high volume resales in the DFW Park Cities area, Francisco has earned over 30 million in sales in the Dallas area to date. Former clients include Hillwood Capital, Trammell Crow Residential, Post Properties, Republic Property Group, G Developers, Riley Family Trust, Inverstar Capital, and Stoneleigh Companies LLC.
Francisco is passionate about staying active in his community and philanthropic activities specifically in research and technology foundations. He is also a motorcycle and aviation enthusiast.
