My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers, not knowing anything about home-buying other than brief research we had done online. We searched for realtors, and tried a few out. Looking at his ratings online, we chose Damon to be our realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He understood what we were looking for and gave us facts rather than his opinions, which we appreciated as we could make our own decisions without bias. Damon was extremely patient with us – as first time homebuyers, we inundated him with multiple questions almost every day. He not only responded promptly, but also gave us direct, straight-forward answers. He helped us place several well-thought out offers and advised us every step of the way. When we finally found our home, he helped us immensely with the home-buying process. We trusted our realtor greatly and looked up to him for help and advice. He supported and encouraged us and was always there when we needed him, even after we purchased the home. He guided us through this stressful process and was amazing to work with. Damon is a very professional, knowledgeable and honest guy. He is full of patience and let us took our time in picking up the home that we truly liked, In other words he never pushed us towards a home. He has a great industry knowledge and always gave us pros and cons of the house that we looked at. Damon always had a good idea of the estimated value of the property which helped us a lot in making sound and practical bid on the house. With his patience and direction, we were able to buy home within 3-4 months. We would love to work with Damon again if we have to sell/buy a home. We highly Recommend Damon.

This was the second time that I have worked with Damon, the first time I was new to the area and scored a great house at a great price, the second I was selling a house and moving into a new one. I was very worried about the transition between selling a house and getting into a new house in a time crunch but Damon and his team made it a seamless process. I closed the sell of my house at 9am and closed on the purchase of my new home that afternoon. As a side note both times I have bought houses with Damon they were multiple bid situations(as many homes are in DFW), and both times the selling realtor said the reason that we were able to get the home was due to Damon’s diligence and follow through. I have and definitely would recommend Damon to anyone selling or buying in the area.

Damon helped me find and purchase my first home back in 2012. I was a single mom and the thought of purchasing my first home scared me! BUT Damon made the process so easy for me. He listened to my needs and found my daughter and I exactly what we needed. Not only that, but his expertise and negotiations got me a great deal on my first home! Now, I’m engaged and soon to be married, so 4 years later I asked him to sell my home. Again, I had no idea what I was doing and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He answered ALL my questions and emails right away. In the end, he was able to sell my home for 20K over asking price! Our realtor before Damon was a nightmare. He lied about everything he could in order to get us to buy a poorly constructed house for a quick sell. Then he got mad about the poor review we gave and ended up stalking my family for years. We were very hesitant when we met Damon, but quickly realized his professionalism and knowledge. We went through many obstacles with builders and had to back out twice along the way. Damon was not only patient, but a valuable partner when negotiating earnest money and refunds. Whether buying or selling, this is the team you want on your side! Damon and his team are true professionals. You can’t find a better agent to represent you.
